(-standing straight, looking straight, shoulder on stick, 2 hands on stick , 2ft between feet, rotating 2 hands round and hence the waist as much as possible.
– Same position almost, instead of rotating, swing the stick on left and right sides of the body, stick must touch the respective knee.
-Same position almost, bend forward till at waist level and bend backward also, distance to be 1 ft between 2 feet.
-same position almost, raise the stick holding in 2 hands over the shoulder, gao between 2 grips being 3 ft around, move the stick left to right alternatively.
– almost same position, separate two feet as much as possible, bend forward, swing the stick so that its ends touch the feet alternatively

-2 dumbels in 2 hands, standing staright, 2 ft gap between 2 feet, bending left and right alternatively, right dumbel goes up till waist while bending left and vice versa.
-almost same, 1 dumbel instead of two, other hand goes near the ear root.
-2 dumbels in hand, ft together, bending forward and dumbbells touching the feet, bending backward
-almost similar position, instead of bending forward over the the feet straight, bend over a single feet at a time .
